Due to the handmade and highly unique nature of our items, all sales are final. It is critical that you take detailed body measurements for comparison. All items come from smoke free homes. Our prices are affordable because we do not do custom work or alterations.
Each item in the product listings includes detailed measurements that are actual dimensions of the garment or object. Because garment industry sizes can vary as much as 2-3 inches, we do not use numerical sizing for young adult and adult clothing. One of the benefits of purchasing handmade vintage reproduction clothing is that the sizes can be made larger than most original vintage items, so check back often if you don't see your size range in our product listings.
The best way to proceed is to compare your own body measurements to the measurements provided in the item description. Measure your body carefully according to the chart below:
Many of our items are made from vintage fabrics and repurposed items. Be aware that there might be small flaws due to age. However, these will not impact wearability or presentability. All upcycled items are pre-washed.
Shipping charges are included in the price you see for each item. Items will be carefully packed, insured, and shipped to you via the USPS within the United States. International shipping is also available. Please contact us for charges.
We happily accept a variety of credit cards through PayPal, one of the best known secure purchasing sites. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Because of the prohibitive expense and time involved, we do not do custom work. There are several excellent sellers on Etsy who will be happy to create custom projects- just do a search with the terms "custom made."
